Return Policy In an effort to continue to bring our customers quality products at a reasonable price, we require all returns to be made within 7 days of purchase invoice date and include all tags and receipts. Customer receives a full refund of the purchase price of the unused and undamaged product purchased from wsk, if returned within 7 days of purchase invoice date. All sales are final after 7 days. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges for returned product and all returned items must display wsk return authorization # or the merchandise will not be accepted. Authorizations are obtained from wsk by calling 239-601-2700 Sunday–Saturday, 9 am - 6 pm Florida Standard Time or emailing windstalkerk@gmail.com. (Please remember Florida is 3 hours at from the west Coast time. Shipping policy Shipping is via FedEx, ups , therefore, a physical address is required. Shipments to USA locations arrive within 4-6 days but an additional 2 days of order processing may be required in some cases. (Note: Some orders may be shipped directly from our USA suppliers rather than from wsk Naples store.) All merchandise will be insured through FedEx, ups for the purchase amount. It is the responsibility of the customer to report any damaged merchandise to FedEx immediately. Customer would be responsible for return freight charges should 1) customer, or individual acting on behalf of customer, decline to take delivery of order or 2) if merchandise is undeliverable due to change of address or non-response to delivery notice.
